Peak Fitness MMA and kickboxing program is designed for all levels and ages.
Each class combines the intensity, and cardio benefits of kickboxing with the strength and endurance benefits of Functional and HIIT style exercise.
We begin class with exercise and movements designed to "warm up" your body for the session while minimizing injury and risk.
We then put on the gloves and pick up intensity with our kickboxing training which combines partner drills, heavy bag and Mitt work Rounds.
Finally KNOCKOUT your workout with our "Finisher" designed around a HIIT training that consist of full body exercises with battle ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls and more.
Our kids and adults Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program is run by Black Belt Brazilian National Champion Professor Carlos Santos.
Our kids and teen Karate programs are run by Karate black Belt Maria and Xcel Martial Arts.
